Grind all the ingredients mentioned in Masala powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add green chilies, curry leaves and onion
Once the onion is fried add minced meat and the grinded masala powder and allow it cook for 7 minutes. Low down the flame. Add the mashed potatoes to the mixer and stir it for 5 minutes. To make the mixture more solid add required amount of powdered fried gram. Stir for 3 minutes and turn off the flame.
Take a small amount of meat mixture and shape into a ball and then flatten to a pattie shape. Dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Heat enough oil in a pan, place cutlets in hot oil and fry on both sides till brown in color. Take off the oil and drain on a paper towel.
